Air Fryer Salmon Recipe

Servings: 2

salmon fishSalmon is a great source of omega 3s. These healthy fats support good brain and heart health. Eat at least one serving of fatty fish like salmon each week. 

Ingredients:

(6-oz) salmon filets 
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves

Preparation:

1. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, sugar, garlic, and thyme.
2. Arrange salmon in an air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
3. Salmon is done at 145°F in the thickest part.
